Damaged Orders

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. Depending on the situation, a replacement, repair, or partial refund may be offered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you encounter an issue, please reach out, and I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Each painting is unique, and colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. The texture and finish of mixed media pieces may have natural imperfections that add to their character.

Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Carrier: All orders will be shipped with tracking included.
